This study sheds light on the problems and consequences that the current global system has on the energy transition, climate change and the increase in inequalities. From this perspective, it proposes the solutions that exist within our reach to reverse the solution and establish a roadmap to decarbonize the economies of the South and reduce inequality at the international level. It sets out the actors and their roles and addresses the issue of how to finance the energy transition in these countries. Finally, case studies are proposed to analyze the technical and economic feasibility and the direct impact of these solutions
