In this final thesis, a study of the variables that affect the reliability of satisfaction surveys of both the subjects and the teaching staff is carried out. Based on the idea of striving to preserve and improve the quality of teaching at UPC institutions. To achieve this objective, the satisfaction surveys issued by the UPC during the second four-month period of 2020 and the first four-month period of 2021 are analysed and a survey is generated in order to measure the students' perceptions of them. Once this study has been completed, we conclude that the lack of reliability in the surveys is related to the lack of involvement and knowledge of the pupils
