This report describes the work and conclusions drawn after phase 4 for the synchronization and latencymeasurements in the project “Assessment methods for Video Assistant Refereeing (VAR) System”.In phase 4, we have focused on up-dating the software so that it automatically detects: p (progressive),i (interlaced), and PsF (progressive segmented frame) formats and analyse the different video types.
