Smart region: relationship with human development index, a study to determine the role of entrepreneurs in creation of smart region, evaluation of challenges in building smart region

Recent decades have seen a dramatically accelerating pace in the development and adoption of new technologies. This study is devoted to find the relationship between smart region and human development index. The object of the study is to determine the role entrepreneurs in creation of smart region. The subject of the study to focus on challenges in building smart region. The authors have found that smart region is new initiative idea which can bring economic benefits and comfort in human lives with the help of technological resources. Entrepreneurs are source of innovation which is key to create smart region. New ideas always face challenges which can hinder their progress. There are also several challenges in creation of smart region for which agile methodology and strategies are required
