The central nervous system mechanisms underlying CINP are starting to be uncovered [2] [3]. This experimental work aimed to evaluate the effects of PTX at the hypothalamus, using manganese-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MEMRI) and ex vivo spectroscopy.
