L’étude concerne l’aphasie survenant par lésion cérébrale acquise chez l’enfant. L’application de méthode d’explorations neuropsychologiques fines nous a permis de mettre en évidence des sémiologies différenciées chez l’enfant : une sémiologie « positive » comprenant des signes proches de ceux habituellement retrouvés dans l’aphasie de l’adulte, et en particulier des aphasies de type « sensoriel » et même de type « Wernicke ». Ces formes d’aphasies ont été observées à tout âge, bien en deça de l’âge pubertaire, dans une population âgée de 3 à 12 ans.
