PELAKSANAAN PENDAFTARAN HAK MILIK MELALUI PENDAFTARAN TANAH SISTEMATIS LENGKAP DI KABUPATEN KETAPANG PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT

Land is one of God's creations that is very important and valuable for humans. Therefore, land must be utilized and preserved as well as possible to realize prosperity for all mankind. Land registration is an obligation that must be carried out by the Government of Indonesia. That the land parcels that have been registered get a certificate and legal certainty. Therefore, the government held a land registration activity called Complete Systematic Land Registration or PTSL, namely land registration activities for the first time which were carried out simultaneously for all land registration objects throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of Property Rights Registration through PTSL in Semandang Kanan Village, West Ketapang Regency, Kalimantan Province is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning. / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2018 in Ketapang Regency.
