PERAN ASOSIASI BANK SAMPAH DALAM PENGURANGAN SAMPAH BERDASARKAN PERATURAN BUPATI TABALONG NOMOR 20 TAHUN 2020 TENTANG PETUNJUK PELAKSANAAN PERATURAN DAERAH KABUPATEN TABALONG NOMOR 14 TAHUN 2017 TENTANG PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI KABUPATEN TABALONG

This research is entitled The Role of Waste Bank Associations in Reducing Waste Based on Tabalong Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2020 Juklak Perda Number 14 of 2017 concerning Waste Management in Tabalong Regency. This study describes and examines (1) How is the role of the Garbage Bank Association in reducing waste based on Tabalong Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2020 Juklak Perda Number 14 of 2017 concerning Waste Management in Tabalong Regency and (2) What are the obstacles and solutions faced in the role of the Association Waste Bank in reducing the waste? This research was conducted in Tabalong Regency, this is an empirical legal research. Data collection techniques were carried out directly from sources and respondents through interviews and literature studies. The results of this research are that the establishment of ABSTA makes it easier to coordinate with the Waste Bank, becomes an agent or partner of the Environmental Service regarding waste management to the community, and makes it easier for collectors or waste collectors to collect scattered garbage. The obstacle found in this research is the unavailability of a place or building for these social activists to gather, regarding financing or funds. The last is people's mindset about waste. It is recommended to the Environmental Service and related parties to pay more attention to the facilities and infrastructure of these social activists so that their activities and activities can be carried out properly
