University provides Internet in the campus to enhance students ' learning during lectures. However, students use the Internet in the classrooms not only for academic tasks but also for non-academic purposes. The use of the Internet for non-academic purposes during class is defined as cyber slacking. The term cyber slacking was firstly used in the working environment and it is considered as counterproductive behaviour in organizations. Referring to an educational setting, cyber slacking will make students unproductive in learning.
