Literature can be said as fictional imagination because sometimes literature is not the same as events that occur in real life. However, literature is a reflection of life that contains the value of life. Hence, the writer wants to show the readers about the contents of holocaust events and the Second World War that shed light the story of Anne Frank. Since this study is a historical approach, the writer compared the historical facts which contained in historical books with the events in the book and for the final step, the writer interprets the findings in order to make the readers easier to comprehend the events.
