The factors that will influence the dividend policy set by the company that managerial ownership, debt policy, profitability and size perusahaa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownership, debt policy, profitability and firm size on dividend policy. The population in this study is a manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples in this study were 27 companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2009-2012. The analysis technique used in this study is Analissi Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study are ownership variables manjaerial no significant effect on dividend policy. debt policy significant negative effect on dividend policy. significant positive effect on the profitability of dividend policy. size does not affect the company's dividend policy
