Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui operation of learning organization pada Papaya Fresh Gallery Surabaya

This research aims to measure and examine the influence of the leadership and organization culture trough operation of learning organization toward the job the job satisfaction of employee of Papaya Fresh Gallery Surabaya. This research called sensus because population was used in this research. Questioners was used as tools in collecting the main data and Structural Equation Modelling ( SEM). Program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) verse 18 is used in this research along with Goodness of Fit model of structural equation. The result show that leadership variable has significant influence upon the operation of learning organization and the organization culture has significant influence to operation of learning organization. Leadership variable has significant influence to the employee satisfaction and the organization culture has significant influence to the employee satisfaction. Also, operation of learning organization has significant influence upon the employee satisfaction. This result show the indication that leadership gave direct and positive affect to operation of learning organization (0.313), organization culture gave direct and positive affect to operation of learning organization (0.181), leadership gave indirect and positive affect to employee satisfaction (0.210), organization culture gave indirect and positive affect to employee satisfaction (0.153), and operation of learning organization gave direct and positive affect to employee satisfaction (0.437)
