The general objective of this research is to explain about managing human resources at a firm. Whereas the specific objectives of this research are to predict the future employee's productivity of 'x' tyre company listed on The Surabaya Stock Exchange and to explain the human resource strategy that can be used to manage people as a competitive advantage. This research was supported by a quantitative analysis. The first analysis method was a simple linear regression analysis that was used to predict the future sales based on past data. The second method was a partial productivity measure that was used to estimate the future employee's productivity.
