In the past decade we have been facing an enormous decline in a honey bee population all over the world. In case this trend continues, it would cause an ecological catastrophe, moreover, the economy and agronomy crisis would occur. Mathematical modelling can significantly help us discover, which factors contribute the most to honey bee colony loss. In this masters thesis we will represent some of the most important mathematical models that help us discover mentioned factors. The first few chapters will be dedicated to mathematical basics such as the systems of differential equations of first order and the systems of linear differential equations with constant coefficients.
