TThe bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a business plan for establishing a healthy café in the village Čejč. This plan is developed on a theoretical basis using selected methods of market research, financial plan or investment evaluation, consequently the whole project. Marketing research, including market analysis, was the first to be carried out. The business plan of the practical part includes an introduction to the project, a sophisticated financial plan and its subsequent evaluation by financial analysis. The conclusion is the evaluation of the whole project, whether it will be appropriate to implement the project and how successful it will be
