Employee Remuneration System in the Selected Company and Proposal of its Changes

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of employee remuneration system in selected company. The thesis was divided into a theoretical part, an analysis of the current system of remuneration and how it is affected external and internal environment. With the help of a questionnaire survey and an interview with the employee, deficiencies in the current remuneration systems were defined and from them, own proposals for improving the current employee remuneration systems and their economic evaluation were derived
