The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create a system for monitoring flight hours of ultralight aircrafts. First part is an embedded device that is built into the ultralight aircraft and transmits Bluetooth signal. Second part is a mobile application for Android operating system, that keeps running in the background and after connecting to this signal starts recording and processing GPS data. With the right configuration, system is able to independently recognize boarding the airplane, beginning of the flight ad it's ending. Collected data are sent on FTP server in format compatible with Excel
