Valuation of the project

The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial evaluation of a fictitious investment project, which deals with the establishment of the garden center Zahradnictví Pomněnka. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part presents selected static and dynamic evaluation methods. The bachelor thesis also deals with financial statements and marketing tools. In the practical part, selected methods are applied to a fictitious investment project. In the end, a recommendation is formulated for the investor with regard to the obtained data
