This study intends to develop a Triadic Reciprocallity Model to explain the entrepreneurial readiness of students at Islamic Religious Colleges. Based on this model, entrepreneurial readiness is determined by cognition and environmental factors. Entrepreneurial readiness includes three components, namely sociological readiness, psychological readiness, and entrepreneurial management readiness, which cannot be fully explained through cognitive and environmental variables.
