Library service is one of important thing in the library because it become the spearhead to fill the librarian necessity. The good library service is a service that can give the librarian a satisfaction. Because of that, there is need an evaluation to know library service quality. The service quality in library could be seen through satisfaction survey using LibQUAL+TM method.
