The urban vibratory environment is currently undergoing profound transformations. The creation of tram networks in many cities, as well as the proliferation of real estate projects near railway tracks, entail high risks of vibration and acoustic annoyance for residents. Therefore, it becomes essential for acoustic consultants and engineering firms to be able to estimate the vibration level propagated from a source in the ground and in the surrounding constructions.
