International audienceThis chapter mainly deals with the systemic relevance and paradoxes of green finance, both in terms of organizational performance and the contribution of conventional or unconventional financial institutions in achieving the objectives of a sustainable environmental economy. The objective of this chapter will be to highlight the impact of climate risks on the financial performance of the company and to show to what extent the durability and competitiveness of companies are based on an adjustment towards a "sustainable" strategy.
