Entrepreneurship is frequently described as the pursuit and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities, but individual-level entrepreneurial behaviors can take on many forms. The present dissertation explores individual-level entrepreneurial behaviors both within companies and of independent entrepreneurs.
