This contribution presents a completely unknown manuscript of the Synodikon of Orthodoxy, copied at the Monastery of the Great Lavra on Mount Athos around 1400. Among acclamations for the sovereigns, one finds the names of Stefan Dušan and his wife, Helen, and among the articles linked to the Palamite controversy an anathema against Prochoros Kydones composed at Lavra before the Constantinopolitan condemnation of 1368. At a later stage, around the middle of 15th century, supplementary acclamations for Athanasios the Athonite and for members of the Serbian families Lazarević and Branković were inserted into the Synodikon.
