This study aims to: 1) produce an English learning animation video on Can and Will material that is appropriate for the eighth-grade junior high school students, and 2) to determine the effectiveness of the developed English learning animation video on the learning outcomes of eighth-grade junior high school students. This research and development used the Alessi & Trollip development model which consists of three stages: 1) planning, 2) design, and 3) development. The testing in this product consists of an alpha test, beta test, and effectiveness test.
