Employee\u27s job satisfaction is one of the primary factors that has been connected to the success of any organization. As a result, elements like promotions, remuneration, proper training, leadership styles, nature of work, perceived fairness and equality, coworker, and work environment all contribute to library personnel\u27s job satisfaction.
