Chili Plants (Capsicum sp) is one commodity that has high economic value susceptible to wilt disease caused by fungus F.o f.sp capsici. The aim of this research is to obtain fungus Fo f cap capsici cause wilt disease in chilli plant that is sick, to obtain isolate of antagonistic bacteria that able to inhibit fungus development fosp capsici and to know effectiveness of antagonistic bacteria in inhibiting fungus development fosp capsici cause of wilting on pepper plant.
