As an alternative to traditional teaching, we present the results of teaching three undergraduate psychology courses which incorporate three educational innovations: a) Making learning visible; b) Best teaching practices and c) Learner-centered teaching. The aim is to prove the effectiveness of teaching by comparing the results obtained at the start of courses (pre-test) with those achieved at the end (post-test) to identify quantitative and qualitative differences in learning. The findings reveal significant differences between pre-test and post-test of less than .05 in the three groups.
