Determinación de antibióticos sulfonamidas en carne aviar de mercados mediante prueba de ELISA cuantitativa

En la presente investigación se determinó la presencia de antibióticos Sulfonamidas que sobrepasan el LMR, sugerido por el Codex Alimentarius en carne aviar expendida dentro de tres mercados de Cuenca, se recolectó 90 muestras de las cuales 1 excedió la normativa recomendada.In the present investigation, the presence of sulfonamide antibiotics that exceeded the MRL, recommended by the Codex Alimentarius in poultry meat spent in three markets in Cuenca expired, 90 samples were collected, of which 1 exceeded the recommended regulations
