Détermination de la structure cristalline de K3AgO2

International audienceA new K3AgO2 oxide has been obtained by direct synthese of the binary oxides. The unit cell has been characterized single crystal X-Ray diffraction (a = 12.30 ± 0.02 A, b = 12.30 ± 0.02 A, c = 13.48 ± 0.03 A, Z = 16, space group P212121). The K3AgO2 structure may be derived from that of K2O. Along the Oz axis, the silver atoms substitute periodically for potassium atoms, Along Ox and Oy mixed raws of Ag - K atoms alterna te with raws containing only K atoms.
