International audienceThis exploring work is the first stage of the project aiming at analyzing the integration of women in the workplace in Algeria. As case study, this research is focus on the difficult in-tegration of Algerian women in the workplace, despite high levels of training, leading to diplomas of higher education. This article presents the Cevital group which could be labelled as a pioneer.
