Athlete’s sporting performance can be affected by several factors, among which anxiety and perfectionism stand out. Both terms are multidimensional concepts that can be treated from different perspectives. Anxiety is understood in terms of state anxiety and trait anxiety. As well as perfectionism, comprises perfectionist strivings and concerns.
