The authors compute the rate of expansion of the Universe and the dependence of the scale parameter on T, during the transition from quark matter into hadron matter. Computations are based on results obtained using Monte Carlo techniques in Q.C.D. It is found that the rate of expansion changes with respect to a radiation dominated model. Moreover a large amount of quarks are transformed into leptons or photons
