To identify a stategy allowing the avoidance of additives in milk as anticlostridial agents, a study was undertaken on immobilized lysozyme. In this paper we report the results for a commercial lysozyme immobilized on chitosan and silica gel by means of physical adsorption, on cross-linked polystyrene divinylbenzene matrix by the formation of ionic bindings and on non porous glass beadsby covalent attachment.
