We study in this thesis the macroscopic modelling of crowd motion in the case of a population divided in several types that may have different behaviours, as well as the development of SIR models in order to analyse the spread of an infectious disease in a school. These two issues were studied separetely. As the original topic of this thesis was crowd motion, we answered to a proposition of MODCOV19 - a platform created by CNRS and INSMI to centralize and coordinate modeling projects on the COVID-19 outbreak - to design epidemiological models adapted to school media.
