Osteosarcoma (OS) is one of the most common types of solid sarcoma with a poor prognosis. Solid tumors are often exposed to hypoxic conditions, while hypoxia is regarded as a driving force in tumor recurrence, metastasis, progression, low chemosensitivity and poor prognosis.
