Multiple sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis of metazoan CNGA sequences. The alignment was trimmed in the beginning right up to the human CNGA1 “VVID” motif and after the “EYPD” motif in the same sequence. The alignment was done using ClustalO and the phylogenetic analysis was done using IQ-Tree.</p
