Internet-of-Things (IoT) systems are becoming increasingly complex, heterogeneous and pervasive, integrating a variety of physical devices, virtual services, and communication protocols. Such heterogeneity presents an obstacle especially for interactions between devices of different systems that encounter each other at run time.
