FACS staining was performed in liver NPCs isolated from mice administered either PBS or recombinant mouse IL-23 (rmIL-23) by IP injections (A-G): Representative FACS gate, IL-23 induced greater frequency of RORγt+Ki67+ T Cells gated from CD3e+CD4-CD8- (A). Total RORγt+Ki67+ T Cells, indication of proliferative cell, and total RORγt (CD4-CD3-) T Cells quantified in the liver (B-C).
