Objective - In case of fetal heart rate anomaly (FHR), a fetal scalp blood sample (FBS) analyzing pH can be performed. The aim of this study was to analyse on a local scale the proportion of spontaneous vaginal delivery, instrumental extraction and caesarean section after FBS at full dilation. Method - A single-centre retrospective study in a level III maternity hospital including patients without risk factors, over 37 weeks of amenorrhoea, with a singleton, eutrophic fetus who had at least one fully dilated scalp pH during labour.
