The article covers the study of theoretical problems concerning the bank liquidity and financial responsibility, the present situation of trading bank liquidity security, the suggestions development as for the liquidity management system. The present-day Ukrainian liquidity estimation system contains a number of disagreements and differs considerably from the systems of the world leading countries.
