On the modern stage of world economy development priority is informationand technological method of production. High competitiveness is marked for those countries which actively implement innovations. The precondition of it is the formation of national innovative system. An important element of this system is an innovative infrastructure which serves preparing conditions for the realization of innovative process and provides cooperation of innovative system with other subsystems of a socio-economic system. Adjusted cooperation of an innovative system with the financial system of a country is one of the preconditions of innovative development of a state.На сучасному етапі розвитку світової економіки пріоритетнийінформаційно-технологічний спосіб виробництва. Високою конкурентоспроможністю нині відзначаються ті країни, що активно впроваджують інновації. Передумова цьому – формування національної інноваційної системи. Важливим елементом цієї системи єінноваційна інфраструктура, яка слугує створенню умов для реалізації інноваційного процесу і забезпечує взаємодію інноваційної системи з рештою підсистем соціально- економічної системи.
