Showers or thundershowers and winds will occur at sea areas in Sri Lanka. Hence, small scale fishery boats are facing significant distress situations on the sea and estimating the boat position accurately will be able to manage the distress of boats from the central management system. Determining the position of a target boat is one of the most important technical challenge in the navigation system.
