In the United States, abortion is still a highly polarizing issue. Since 2010, there has been a significant increase in the number of legal restrictions on abortion in several states despite the fact that access to abortion has been recognized by the Supreme Court as a constitutional right in 1973 in the decision Roe v. Wade. However, this article goes beyond the United States’ domestic law.
