The genetic structure of populations of the flat oyster Ostrea edulis is described on the basis of multilocus genotypes. This new procedure joined with multivariate analysis of data provides an accurate identification of intrapo-pulationnal subsets as genetic markers in a mixed stock like in the Thau lagoon.La structure génétique des populations de l’huître plate Ostrea edulis est décrite sur la base des génotypes multilocus.
