Using Data Mining to improve Claims Management: A project implementation in a logistic carrier company

In the United States, companies specialize in claims handling that work for shippers on a success fee model basis, maximizing the amount paid for each compensation as a primary goal. Data mining can have an essential role in helping organizations avoid claims and improve costs on claims management. The use of classification models can help organizations enhance SLA and claims management.
