Setting the right price is extremely important for the overall profitability and long-term sustainability of firms. In this paper, I present a possible approach to monetize Sport TV new amateur sports platform, Sport TV Play Amateur. Firstly, I discuss the power of pricing and the difficulties linked with pricing services. Then I analyse all the factors involved in the price setting process. Lastly, I conclude that Sport TV should adopt a freemium business model since it would help them retain their consumer base, attract new consumers and ultimately remain the Portuguese market leader
