The right to family reunification of the immigrant instigates the collation of various international, European and national laws in the territory of Member States. And because the family is the foundation of human relations in every corner of the planet, the importance of the debate on this topic is clear. At international level, there are norms that guarantee the right of all to live in a family, namely the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
