[[abstract]]Whole body vibration (WBV) is a widely used training tool to improve muscular performance. WBV has been reported to facilitate blood flow and muscle temperature, and making it to be a viable protocol of warm-up for subsequently physical activity. The aim of present study was to investigate acute bout WBV administration on quadriceps force performance. Eight participants completed three main warm-up modality in a randomized counterbalanced fashion, control, WBV (frequency: 30 Hz, amplitude: 2 mm) and bicycle ergometer (150 W, 100 rpm) for 1 min × 5 sets with 1-min rest interval, respectively.
