In this thesis, we are interested in the mathematical modeling of cardiac electrophysiology and more precisely, the numerical study of the electrical activity of the heart. One of the challenges of this scientific theme is to reconstruct the electrical information on the cardiac surface from measurements taken on the thoracic surface. Such a problem is called the inverse problem. First, we analyze several methods of solving the inverse problem present in the literature and we propose a new approach of regularization based on the flow of electric current at the cardiac surface.
